About the role

The Business Development Manager role in the Bellows and Expansion Joints Division exists to identify, develop, and expand business opportunities with OEMs across domestic and international markets. This position drives the establishment of relationships with global OEMs, generates qualified business opportunities, and ensures their seamless handover to the Sales team for commercial discussions and order closure.

What you'll do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs in India and international markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including Engineering, Procurement, Design, and Project teams of global OEMs
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities to create a robust sales pipeline for the Bellows and Expansion Joints division
• Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to promote the division's offerings
• Understand customer applications and recommend suitable products in coordination with Engineering and Technical teams
