Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Assistant Manager – Business Development & EXIM to support business growth, defence and aerospace procurement activities, and international trade compliance. The role combines business development, bid management, export-import operations, regulatory licensing, and stakeholder coordination .

What you'll do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Defence & Aerospace markets
• Support business development activities for domestic and international customers, government agencies, PSUs, OEMs, and strategic partners
• Manage and coordinate RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, tenders, and bid-management activities
• Review tender and procurement documents and coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial submissions
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, defence organisations, government stakeholders, and industry partners

What you need
