About the role

This is a fully remote role requiring availability during USA business hours. 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within the IT Staffing industry Existing relationships or business network with USA-based clients, vendors, MSPs, VMS, or System Integrators Experience generating new business opportunities and developing client relationships

What you'll do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the USA IT staffing market
• Generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and other sales channels
• Establish new client relationships and expand existing accounts
• Present IT staffing and workforce solutions to prospective clients
• Manage the complete business development lifecycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and client onboarding
