  • Rental Savings Deliver measurable rental savings through rent renegotiations, concessions, waivers, and optimization of rentals at underperforming stores
  • Rental Payment Discipline Ensure timely and accurate processing of rent, CAM, and other applicable property-related payments
  • Lease Renewal Management Ensure timely completion of renewals and mi
  • Agreement Registration & Compliance Complete agreement registrations within applicable timelines and maintain accurate compliance records
  • Contract Creation & Validation Ensure accurate and timely creation and validation of lease contracts in internal systems to facilitate payment release
