Business Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective healthcare payer customers, generating qualified meetings, and helping build a strong sales pipeline for our commercial organization.

What you'll do

• Generate qualified meetings through strategic outbound prospecting using email, phone, LinkedIn, and other approved channels
• Research healthcare payer organizations and identify key decision-makers, buying committees, and executive stakeholders
• Build account plans and maintain accurate prospect and opportunity information within Salesforce
• Partner with Sales Executives to develop strategic outreach plans for target accounts and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness, lead quality, messaging, and target accounts
