Business Development Representative - Enterprise Customers (India)

About the role

As an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) at Neo4j, you will serve as the strategic spearhead driving our market expansion. Partnering directly with Enterprise Account Executives, you will systematically map, penetrate, and qualify high-value opportunities within priority accounts—proactively hunting for greenfield pipeline and building the foundational relationships that fuel our growth.

What you'll do

• Partner closely with regional Account Executives to define territory strategies, profile target accounts, and build aligned multi-channel outbound campaigns
• Systematically map target enterprise organizations to identify and engage key personas across technical, data science, and line-of-business teams
• Execute strategic outbound outreach—including cold calling, tailored emailing, and social selling—to capture executive attention and generate pipeline
• Conduct rigorous technical and business discovery with prospects to uncover organizational pain points, data infrastructure limitations, and buying triggers
• Qualify outbound prospects using structured sales methodologies, ensuring a seamless handoff of high-value opportunities to Enterprise Account Executives
