Business Development Representative - Manufacturing Software

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who is passionate about technology, manufacturing, and data. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers — identifying opportunities, initiating conversations, and setting up qualified meetings for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on research, outreach, and meaningful conversations with decision-makers in manufacturing, operations, and IT.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with marketing to personalize messaging and campaigns around key manufacturing challenges — data silos, delayed time to value, supply chain volatility
• Book qualified meetings for the Sales Executive and leadership team, ensuring context and handoff quality
• Maintain accurate prospect data in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and track all activities
• Support pre-webinar and post-event outreach campaigns (e.g., following Nikhil Joshi’s “Growth Unplugged” sessions or MES webinars)
