About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Team Leader to lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives responsible for onboarding merchants onto a rapidly growing hyperlocal commerce platform. The role requires strong leadership, field execution, and target achievement capabilities.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor and motivate the Business Development team
• Plan daily field activities and allocate territories
• Acquire and onboard new merchants to the platform
• Support executives during client meetings and negotiations
• Monitor team productivity and achievement of sales targets
