Business Development– (Technology Sales)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Technology Sales Consultant – International Markets to support Codebase’s business growth in the US market . The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating sales-qualified leads, understanding client technology and resource requirements, and building a strong sales pipeline for Codebase’s software development, IT consulting, and staff augmentation services.

What you'll do

• Research and identify SaaS and technology companies, target accounts, and key decision-makers in the US market
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, social media, and other outbound channels
• Manage the complete lead-nurturing process, from initial outreach and qualification to meeting coordination, follow-up, and opportunity progression
• Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings between qualified prospects and relevant internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical, and delivery teams to prepare proposals, presentations, tailored solutions, and outreach strategies
