Business Execution Director-Third Party Head of Managed Services (TPRM)- India

About the role

This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and scaling the Managed Services capability and footprint across Hyderabad and Bengaluru , while ensuring strong day-to-day operational performance. The role will provide strategic and operational leadership to the India team, with a focus on third-party managed services, service delivery, governance, risk management, operational excellence, and stakeholder management .

What you'll do

• Lead and scale the Third‑Party Management (TPM) Managed Service (Operations) function for India, ensuring consistent
• Build a high performing team that undertakes day-to-day TPM operational processing (due diligence, periodic reviews, quality control and quality assurance)
• Own end‑to‑end operational delivery of the TPM lifecycle for engagements including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, issues management
• Ensure day‑to‑day service levels, quality standards, and turnaround times are consistently met or exceeded
• Act as an escalation point for operational issues, bottlenecks, and high‑risk third‑party concerns
