Business Finance Partner - Supply Chain

About the role

Own the financial partnership with the Supply Chain organization to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational complexity and ambition. Own the RM to FG to Customer cost chain- Inventory, Conversion, Logistics, and wastage - and the supply chain P&L. Be a thought partner to the supply chain function sharpening decisions, protecting value, and driving margin

What you'll do

• Analyze RM, conversion, logistics, and wastage; identify gaps and recommend actionable interventions
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear and structured manner
• Build and maintain cost models, dashboards, and MIS for RM, conversion, logistics, and waste; expose true landed cost by SKU
• Conduct BOM-vs-actual and plan-vs-actual variance analysis (including buffer logic) and highlight key risks/opportunities
• Business Acumen & Controls

What you need
