What you'll do

• Serve as the key bridge between the business and finance teams, enabling informed financial and operational decision-making
• Partner with business and plant leadership to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and financial performance
• Own the Business P&L by monitoring key financial levers, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and periodic financial reviews while ensuring effective budget controls
• Drive cost management initiatives by monitoring manufacturing, operational, and overhead costs and identifying optimization opportunities

What you need

• 6–8 yrs of experience

• Chartered Accountant or MBA
