Business Graduate Associate (Finance)

About the role

This is not a purely transactional graduate role. You will work on real Finance priorities, use data to find insights, apply AI and digital tools responsibly, and turn analysis into clear recommendations for colleagues and leaders. You will build a broad understanding of how Finance supports LSEG, protects value and enables better business decisions.

What you'll do

• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, explain performance and support decisions
• Help prepare management reporting, forecasts, budgets and clear commentary, with a focus on what the numbers mean and what action may be needed
• Build and improve dashboards, reports and repeatable analysis using tools such as Excel, Power BI and other approved Finance platforms
• Use approved AI tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, to research, summarise, draft, analyse and streamline routine work
• Work with Finance colleagues and business stakeholders to clarify questions, gather evidence and translate analysis into concise recommendations
