About the role

You'll run Aqualens as a founder would — setting the strategy, building the team, and making the commercial, brand, and creative calls that turn it into the category leader.

What you'll do

• Business Strategy & P&L
• Own Aqualens India's P&L end-to-end
• Define the growth strategy — colour/style range, channel mix, pricing, expansion roadmap
• Fashion, Range & Channel Execution
• Treat the range like a fashion line — drops, seasonal colourways, hero shades that drive desire and full-price sell-through
