About the role

The Business Head will be responsible for driving growth and profitability for the company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the staffing industry, Language training industry with proven experience in managing and leading teams, and a track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability for the staffing company
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their recruiting needs are met with high-quality talent
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate new business leads
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
• Develop marketing strategies to increase enrollments in the language programs
