About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Business Head for the Battery Division in the Automobile sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Profit & Loss (P&L) for our Gurgaon location, driving new sales initiatives, and enhancing aftersales services in the Automobile Battery business.

What you'll do

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Battery Division business
• Take ownership of the Profit & Loss statement for the Gurgaon location, ensuring financial objectives are met
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive new business in the Automobile Battery sector
• Enhance and optimize aftersales services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion
