Business Head – Mortgages (PSS08142)

About the role

A senior leadership position within a financial services organization, responsible for driving and scaling its mortgage business across Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Affordable Housing Loans. The role oversees business strategy, sales, credit, risk management, operations, collections, compliance and team leadership, while working closely with the organization's top leadership.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the mortgage business strategy aligned with organizational goals to drive growth and profitability
• Drive AUM growth, disbursement volumes, and profitability across Home Loans, LAP, and Affordable Housing segments
• Identify and develop new geographies, builder tie-ups, DSAs, digital channels, and strategic partnerships
• Build and manage branch-led, DSA, builder, and alternate channel networks to enhance sourcing productivity
• Monitor sales KPIs including login-to-disbursement ratio, ticket size, yield, and turnaround time (TAT) to ensure high-quality sourcing
