Business Head (RSM) North | Bathware & Kitchenware | Delhi NCR

About the role

Mandatory experience in sanitaryware, bath & kitchen fittings, plumbing or building materials. Proven experience in building regional businesses and sales teams. Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel extensively across North India. End-to-end ownership of the North India business and P&L.

What you'll do

• Own the P&L and shape regional growth strategy
• Own the North India offline business, including revenue and P&L
• Build and expand the distributor and dealer network across key North Indian markets
• Identify priority markets and drive regional expansion
• Build and lead the sales team, including hiring and team structure
