About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Head – Water Treatment Chemicals to lead and grow our specialty chemicals business serving the water treatment industry. The ideal candidate should have a treatment applications, with proven experience in business development, customer acquisition, and P&L

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the growth strategy for the Water Treatment Chemicals business
• Drive revenue, profitability, and overall P&L performance
• Build relationships with industrial customers, chemical distributors, OEMs, EPCs, and water
• Expand the portfolio of specialty chemicals used in boiler water, cooling water, wastewater, and
• Identify new business opportunities, supplier partnerships, and market segments

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
• Business development
• Sales
• Any graduate
