About the role

Reporting into the CHRO and working closely with the CEO, Business Unit Heads and the broader leadership team, the Business HR Head will serve as a strategic advisor to the business and play a critical role in enabling organisational transformation.

What you'll do

• Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives
• Drive organisation effectiveness, workforce planning and talent strategies to support growth and transformation
• Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, influencing key business and talent decisions
• Lead large-scale change management and cultural transformation initiatives
• Build leadership capability and succession pipelines across critical roles
