Business Intelligence Analyst Job

About the role

responsibilities, requirements, seniority path, and selection process for analysts who believe a number is only as good as its definition.

What you'll do

• Own the business intelligence layer of live engagements — the dashboards, metric definitions, and reporting packs through which strategists and clients see their work
• Own the BI layer of assigned engagements end-to-end — the metric definitions, data models, dashboards, and recurring packs through which the work is visible
• Design measurement with strategists before collection begins — the precise rule for every number, agreed before anyone argues with the output
• Build dimensional models that survive new questions: fact tables and metrics that extend rather than rebuild
