Business Intelligence & Project Lead

This role requires a professional who can build reporting infrastructure, uncover data-driven insights, and optimize financial processes to support the overall financial health of the organization.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track Accounts Receivable and broader financial performance metrics
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, pinpoint process failures, and recommend data-backed improvements
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Legal, and Finance teams to surface insights that help resolve complex billing issues and disputes
• Conduct root-cause analysis using data to determine the underlying drivers of recurring issues and disputes
• Develop and implement data models, automated reports, and process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and ensure data accuracy and integrity
