Business Intelligence Senior Associate

About the role

Your role as a Business Intelligence Senior Associate is to work with the product and machine learning team to automate the process of manual forecasting and identify the root causes. You are expected to detect anomalies/issues early, identify root causes, track revenue and spend trends on an hourly/daily/weekly/monthly basis against the forecast.

What you'll do

• Monitor the health of the business via tools such as our anomaly detection software and other dashboards
• Hourly and daily (Real-time monitoring): Monitor the hourly trend continuously
• Revenue declines must be assessed to find the root cause and verify if the decline is associated with any product release
• Allocate the identified cause to the corresponding teams and assess the next actions
• Inform the Network Operations Center team to trigger P1/P2 alerts based on the severity of the revenue decline
