Chemical Engineering qualification preferred. Proven experience selling raw materials or specialty products to the Pharmaceutical API segment. Demonstrated success in achieving sales and profitability targets. Experience managing complex commercial negotiations and customer contracts. • Lead catalyst sales growth in a high-potential pharma market
• Drive strategic accounts with significant business impact
• Drive revenue and profitability growth for the catalysts business across India
• Manage and grow key customer relationships, particularly within the pharmaceutical and API manufacturing segments
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with broader business objectives and growth plans
