Business Manager Drive Systems

About the role

As Business Manager - Drive Systems, you will develop and execute strategies that expand Rockwell Automation's Drive Systems business across targeted industries, shape customer specifications, lead strategic pursuits, and build strong relationships with customers and partners. You will collaborate with sales teams, regional stakeholders, and Asia Pacific and Global Business Units to accelerate profitable growth and strengthen market position.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute industry-specific growth strategies for Drive Systems across targeted markets, applications, and strategic accounts
• Identify emerging opportunities, customer needs, investment trends, and specification opportunities, and convert market insights into account and pursuit plans
• Lead strategic customer and partner engagement with consultants, EPCs, OEMs, end users, distributors, and system integrators, including executive meetings, workshops
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to qualify opportunities, establish competitive differentiation, shape commercial and pricing strategies
• Represent India market requirements with Asia Pacific and Global Business Units, provide competitive and business intelligence to leadership
