Business Manager - Group & General Insurance

About the role

Prospect and generate new business leads from Open Market companies, Internal LOBs, partners etc. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product changes.

What you'll do

• Responsible for achieving assigned GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and revenue targets through strategic client engagement and solution-driven sales
• Conduct needs assessments to recommend tailored group/commercial insurance solutions
• Present and sell group insurance products (health, life, disability, dental, vision, etc.) to small, medium, and large businesses
• Prepare and present competitive proposals and insurance quotes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and other stakeholders
