Business Manager - Group & General Insurance

About the role

We are seeking a results-driven Group/Commercial Insurance Salesperson to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by selling group/commercial insurance solutions to companies of all sizes. This individual contributor role requires proactive lead generation, consultative selling, and strong relationship management skills.

What you'll do

• Conduct needs assessments to recommend tailored group/commercial insurance solutions
• Present and sell group insurance products (health, life, disability, dental, vision, etc.) to small, medium, and large businesses
• Prepare and present competitive proposals and insurance quotes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and other stakeholders
• Manage renewals, address service issues, and coordinate policy changes in coordination with service team/partners
