Business Manager - Personal Loans

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated partnerships professional to drive the acquisition, onboarding, and growth of lead sourcing partners for ABCD's Personal Loan business. The role will be responsible for building a strong ecosystem of partners that can generate quality customer leads and contribute to business growth.

What you'll do

• Identify, onboard, and manage lead sourcing partners across fintechs, aggregators, affiliate networks, marketplaces, consumer internet platforms
• Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from sourcing and negotiations to launch and business growth
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding
• Drive growth in lead volumes, approvals, disbursals, and revenue from partner channels
• Monitor partner performance and optimize lead quality, conversion rates, and overall productivity
