Business Manager – Sales (B2B)

About the role

Headsup B2B is looking for a Business Manager – Sales to drive B2B business development across industrial and construction product categories such as steel, sheet metal, fabricated components, and raw materials. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, conducting site visits, and handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

What you'll do

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Generate leads and build relationships with manufacturers, fabricators, contractors, EPC companies, and project stakeholders
• Manage the complete sales cycle including lead qualification, quotation, negotiation, and order closure
• Conduct regular client and project site visits to understand requirements and drive business
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Supply teams for seamless order execution
