Business Manager - SIP/ETF - Paytm Money

About the role

We are looking for a growth-oriented and customer-focused professional to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for SIP, ETF, and Trading Ideas businesses at Paytm Money. The role requires strong analytical thinking, growth strategy execution, and collaboration across product, content, and business teams to enhance investment journeys and user engagement.

What you'll do

• Develop strategies to improve SIP registrations, active SIPs, and SIP continuation rates
• Collaborate with the content and research teams to ensure investment insights drive user engagement and conversions
• Analyze investment patterns, user cohorts, and drop-off points to optimize investment funnels and customer journeys
• Design lifecycle campaigns to convert one-time investors into long-term systematic investors
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as SIP MTU, ETF AUM, research engagement, and retention rates

What you need

• 3–4 yrs of experience
• Mutual funds
• Any graduate
