About the role

Marketing brings users in. You own revenue and retention from the first session onward, and you carry the number. Turn monthly targets into weekly plans, and run the weekly cross-functional review with Product, Marketing, Data and Content

What you'll do

  • Review the P&L daily: deposits, subscriptions, discount spend, payouts, contribution margin. Act on anything unusual within 24 hours
  • Own the lifecycle: activation → first recharge → repeat → renewal → win-back
  • Build personalized journeys in-app, push, WhatsApp and SMS, in English and Indian languages, triggered by each user's chart, transits and MyLife phases
  • Own pricing, offers and paywalls, and test changes against holdout groups
  • Track retention, repeat rate, ARPPU and cohort LTV, and share LTV:CAC with the Senior Manager, Marketing

What you need

  • 3–6 yrs of experience
  • SQL
  • Product marketing
  • Any graduate

Good to have

  • CRM
