Business Monitoring & Competitive Advantage (BMCA) Coordinator (India)

About the role

The BMCA Coordinator is responsible for supporting the effective implementation, tracking, and continuous improvement of Patient Access Programs and strategic initiatives across Axios operations. The role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and competitiveness of business monitoring functions, with a focus on data analysis, compliance oversight, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the contract lifecycle administration, including tracking of new contracts, amendments, renewals, and terminations
• Maintain contract obligation trackers covering operational, reporting, governance, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate internal contract reviews with Legal, Compliance, IT, Finance, and Operations teams to collect inputs and consolidate feedback
• Support preparation of contract summaries and obligation handover documents for operational teams
• Track contract approval status and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution
