Business Operations Analyst

About the role

Support business operations, financial tracking, resource management, and performance reporting to ensure efficient delivery and profitable growth of engineering services.

What you'll do

• Assist in revenue, margin, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Track resource utilization, capacity planning, and workforce allocation
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics
• Support project financial analysis and profitability tracking
• Coordinate with Delivery, Finance, HR, and Recruitment teams

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Excel
• Coordination

• Power BI

• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Com or BBA
