About the role

Individual Responsibilities (transactional and analytics) – daily & weekly activities of master data management and Company verifications, validation, and system updates. Individuals will require evening calls for reviews and transition of activities.

What you'll do

  • Support stakeholders with daily/weekly/monthly reports in Salesforce and build / maintain CRM dashboard
  • Tracking and reporting master data updates, audit dormant accounts and parent account / tier mappings
  • Maintain / update customers’ billing and shipping updates in QCT/Corp Oracle database
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of activities with complete ownership and accountability
  • Working closely with HQ and global region teams with regular interaction to reviews, drive transition calls, process documentation for all activities
