Business Process Analyst

About the role

The Business Process Analyst is responsible for executing defined business processes and day-to-day workflows in line with client instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). The role focuses on accurate data processing, transaction management, and documentation review while meeting turnaround times, service-level agreements (SLAs), and productivity and quality targets.

What you'll do

• Follow clearly defined business processes, workflows, and SOPs as instructed by clients or internal teams
• Complete assigned tasks within specified turnaround times and without errors
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in data processing, transaction management, documentation review, and other work outputs
• Update trackers and logs regularly and accurately to reflect completed work
• Adhere to SLA timelines and comply with organizational and client-specific standards, policies, and procedures

What you need

• 1–3 years in operations
• SOP writing
• Data entry
• Documentation
• Any graduate
