About the role

Few key activities which are handled by branches and local level managers will be managed by Business Process Associate. -Responsible for coordinating for walk-in interview. Sourcing profiles through employee connect for referrals. Scheduling candidates for technical interview round with L1 and L2 managers.

What you'll do

• Responsible for coordinating for walk-in interview
• Sourcing profiles through employee connect for referrals
• Scheduling candidates for technical interview round with L1 and L2 managers
• Follow-up with candidates until they complete all rounds of interview
• Maintaining records of candidates and interview data on schedule, offered candidates , pending joiners, open position, status of the candidates
