About the role

The Business Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring and managing Business Banking customers, driving Business Loan sales, and building long-term relationships with MSME and SME clients. The role focuses on sourcing new business opportunities, analyzing customer financial requirements, and delivering customized lending solutions while ensuring portfolio quality.

What you'll do

• Acquire new MSME/SME customers for Business Loan products
• Generate leads through market mapping, referrals, cold calling, and networking activities
• Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions
• Drive sales of Business Loans, Working Capital, Overdraft, Term Loans, LAP, and other business banking products
• Conduct financial analysis of customer businesses and gather required documentation
