About the role

To acquire, manage, and grow Business Loan customers through branch banking channels while ensuring achievement of sales targets, portfolio quality, and customer satisfaction. The role involves sourcing new customers, cross-selling banking products, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

What you'll do

• Source and acquire Business Loan customers through branch walk-ins, references, and local market activities
• Generate leads for Business Loans, Working Capital, LAP, and other business banking products
• Build and maintain relationships with SME, self-employed, proprietorship, partnership, and corporate customers
• Conduct customer meetings to understand financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement
