What you'll do

• Own high-level, ambiguous strategic problems and drive them from definition to end-to-end execution, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Proactively identify and take ownership of high-impact initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Translate business objectives into structured execution plans with clear workstreams, ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes
• Develop a deep understanding of existing systems, workflows, and implicit and explicit dynamics within functions to effectively navigate and execute initiatives
• Drive execution of strategic projects by aligning initiatives with functional priorities, operating rhythms, and team dynamics to ensure seamless integration
