Business Systems Lead

About the role

The Business Systems Lead is an IT role that is responsible for administering applications that enable the automation of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes. Key enabling applications include High Radius for Cash Application, Collections, Credit, and Electronic Invoice Presentment and Payment (EIPP) and RelishIQ for vendor invoice validation and digitization.

• Responsible for administering applications that enable the automation of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
• Work Hours and EMEA Coverage
• Manage incident, problem, service request, and change tickets related to supported applications
• Collaborate with Financial Shared Services process leads to understand and capture business requirements and initiate requests for IT demand
