What you'll do

• Strategic Territory Management: Develop and execute a territory growth plan focused on expanding market share across biopharma and pharma segments in South India
• Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts
• Sales Execution & Pipeline Management: Drive the full sales cycle from opportunity generation to closure, ensuring consistent pipeline health and accurate forecasting
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, application scientists, service teams, and product specialists to deliver integrated customer experiences
• Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities
