Business Transformation Manager at Accenture. Lead end to end design, execution and continuous improvement of F&A transformation programs across RTR, OTC, PTP and FP&A towers.

What you'll do

• Lead end to end design, execution and continuous improvement of F&A transformation programs across RTR, OTC, PTP and FP&A towers
• Analyze and solve moderately complex problems; create new solutions by leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
• Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and translate it into team goals and transformation roadmaps
• Drive AI led automation, including GenAI, RPA, NLP and process mining; evaluate and pilot emerging technologies for applicability across F&A towers
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to drive shift-left, standardization and simplification, reducing manual touchpoints and increasing touchless processing rates
