Buying/Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Buying/Procurement Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely availability of materials at factories, service sites, and suppliers. The role serves as the primary point of contact for order execution and is accountable for supplier performance, material availability, fulfilment KPIs, and cross-functional coordination to support uninterrupted production.

What you'll do

• Responsible for ensuring the timely availability of materials at factories, service sites, and suppliers
• Ensure timely PO placement and material delivery as per contractual commitments
• Manage procurement based on MRP requirements and need dates
• Monitor supplier OTD (On-Time Delivery) and quality performance
• Lead discussions related to material shortages and supply crises
