BW-1421 Sr. Process Support- Enterprise Process Governance

About the role

The role establishes enterprise standards, governance, prioritisation mechanisms and scalable ways of working that enable consistent process documentation, structured analysis and future improvement. Ownership, prioritisation, decision making and final sign off remain with onshore business process owners and the Enterprise PMO.

What you'll do

• 1.Enterprise Process Governance and Framework Establishment
• Design and establish the enterprise process management framework, including process hierarchy, documentation depth, standards and quality criteria
• Define clear roles, decision rights and approval pathways, ensuring ongoing ownership sits with onshore business process owners
• Co‑create lightweight governance arrangements with the Enterprise PMO and business stakeholders
• Ensure all frameworks, standards and changes are reviewed and formally approved onshore

What you need
