What you'll do

• Technical Ownership – Owns delivery of features, modules, and technical outcomes for enterprise-grade Windows desktop applications using C# and WPF
• Team Leadership – Mentors and coaches engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and technical guidance, raising overall team engineering maturity
• Delivery Excellence – Contributes to predictable delivery, engineering efficiency, and operational excellence within Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
• AI & Modernization – Drives responsible AI adoption and contributes to desktop engineering modernization, platform evolution, and technical innovation
• Develop, maintain and enhance Windows desktop applications using C# and WPF
