CAD-DFT Engineer

About the role

As a CAD-DFT Engineer, you will develop and apply scalable strategies, sequences, and automation to optimize Arm-based SoC implementation. This role gives you the chance to work across IP, architecture, and product engineering areas. You will contribute to producing production-ready solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and time to market.

What you'll do

• Drive alignment and integration of DFT flows within end-to-end RTL-to-GDS and silicon enablement methodologies
• Collaborate with architecture, implementation, CAD, product engineering, customers, and ecosystem partners to ensure successful deployment
• Evaluate and enable new capabilities with EDA vendors and technology partners
• Lead technical reviews, resolve complex integration challenges, and drive methodology improvements
• Guide engineers and contribute to the DFT and automation roadmap within CMA
