CAD, Polylining and Space Business Analyst

About the role

The Occupancy Planning CAD Analyst role is responsible for delivering CAD and Polylining services during the implementation of IWMS/CAFM software. This position is accountable for the ongoing maintenance of CAD drawings as well as the connection of the CAD drawings with the Computer Aided Facility Maintenance/IWMS platform.

What you'll do

• Implementation for Client’s CAFM/IWMS software
• Review drawing files within AutoCAD and/or field redline drawings for completeness
• Run routines to check for missing polylines, duplicates, gaps, and overlaps
• Tag spaces with unique identifier
• Create _Arch, _Floor, and _Poly drawings

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Excel
• Data analysis
• Python
• PowerPoint
• AutoCAD
• B.Tech or B.E.
