About the role

As a GSS Campaign Operations Associate, you will be working on building campaigns for Amazon Prime Video by using the various marketing tools, operations workflows and following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You will be responsible for delivering the assigned campaigns on time with the right quality.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for delivering the assigned campaigns on time with the right quality
• Also be responsible to learn and adapt to the new features and changes in the processes and following the SOP while creating campaigns
• Also be responsible for updating the workflow tools and trackers to keep track of daily tasks
• Contributing towards process enhancement by offering automation ideas/Kaizens. Goal is to complete at least 1 Kaizen/ 4 – JDIs in a year
