Campaign Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The Campaign Quality Assurance Specialist is a critical member of the Client Services team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of campaign setup, execution, and documentation across multiple clients. The QAS works closely with Account Coordinators and receives oversight from Account Managers or Supervisors, with direct quality reporting to the ICS Operations Manager.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with Account Coordinators on campaign QC, while ensuring all reviews are approved by designated AM or AS
• Partner with the ICS Operations Manager and New Innovator Operations role to test and implement efficiency solutions
• Support process innovation and workflow refinement through collaboration and feedback loops with cross-functional teams
• Assist with other projects/account management needs on an ongoing basis including (but not limited to): media schedules, pre-logs, call forecasting

What you need
