About the role

As the Campaign Operations & Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and digital channels, ensuring timely rollouts in collaboration with creative, product, and digital teams. You will build and optimize automated customer journeys using platforms like WebEngage, MoEngage, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, while maintaining the marketing tech stack for efficiency and reliability.

What you'll do

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns by leveraging automation tools, data analytics, and MarTech platforms
• Be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and digital channels, ensuring timely rollouts in collaboration with creative
• Build and optimize automated customer journeys using platforms like WebEngage, MoEngage, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Ensure compliance with data policies, maintain clean databases, and support cross-functional teams with campaign alignment and execution insights

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
